Matthew Quayson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (Economics and Geography) from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana and a Master’s diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. Ms. Elizabeth Kwateng holds a level in Logistics Management at Regional maritime University and Shanghai maritime college. Currently, he’s a lecturer within the Department of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Ho Technical University, Ghana. He worked as an Area Account Developer for Scancom Ghana Limited, operator of MTN. Elizabeth is a proud members of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Ghana. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS-UK) and the Chartered Institute of Supply Chain Management- Ghana (CISCM). He formerly served as the Director of Human Resources and a founding member of Africa Cooperatives Institute of South Africa. He is the founding father of EZ Engineering Group (Pty) Ltd and serves as a director at REDEMA Engineering Pty Ltd.

Mr. Zeferino is a candidate associate member of Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), the Southern Africa Institute for Industrial Engineering (SAIIE), the Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (IEOM) society where he served because the communication director for the TUT pupil chapter, as well as the International Network for Appropriate Technology (INAT). He has presented in various local and worldwide occasions both in English and Portuguese equivalent to the primary African IEOM worldwide convention 2018, Tropics Business Summit 2019 and 2020, Manufacturing indaba 2018, Klevaclick Innovation Summit 2021 in addition to the global Conference in Sustainable Manufacturing (GCSM) 2022. Furthermore, he has featured in main media platforms in Angola, such as the ANGOP Tv, Radio Nacional de Angola and Televisão Pública de Angola to advise on issues related to waste administration, pandemic administration, science and know-how. He has served in the organizing committee of 2 worldwide conferences, specifically the thirtieth College International pour la Recherche en Productique (CIRP) Design Conference 2020 and the 9th International Conference on Appropriate Technology (ICAT) 2020. He’s presently facilitating the discussions for a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between Universidade Católica de Angola (UCAN) in Angola and Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) in South Africa.

He obtained his PhD in Supply Chain Management from the University of Kwazulu-Natal and is a Fellow of both CIPS and ZIPS. She is pursuing her Doctoral Studies (PhD near completion) in Engineering Sciences and Supply chain management at EMI School of Engineering at Mohamed V University in Rabat. Mr. Lawrance Seseni is a PhD Operations Management candidate in the Department of Quality and Operations Management, Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment, on the University of Johannesburg. Prof Nita Inderlal Sukdeo is currently an Associate Professor and Head of Department in the Department of Quality and Operations Management inside the college of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering on the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. Chair of Management and Mechanical Engineering.
